This year’s massive aviation festival will host a multi-national salute commemorating the 75th Anniversary of the United States Air Force. Attendees will experience the world’s most talented pilots and capable aircraft including the long-awaited return of the fierce F-22 Raptor, exhilarating military jet performances, exciting displays, interactive exhibits to inspire the next generation unlike we’ve ever experienced before.
Ticket Quantities Still Significantly Reduced for 2022!
Please note: 2022 ticket quantities have been significantly reduced (by almost half) to provide ample space for all of our attendees. As a result, tickets are expected to sell out quickly. All tickets offer a great view of all the airshow action. Be sure to secure your spot before tickets sell out!
Tickets are only available for purchase online (via an Internet-connected mobile device or computer) – there will be NO on-site ticket sales.

DRIVE-IN AIRSHOW & TAILGATE PARTY
(FRIDAY ONLY!)
This year’s 2022 Airshow will feature a Drive-In Airshow & Tailgate Party on Friday, September 30th. This first-ever Drive-In Airshow will take place in what usually is our largest parking lot located on the west cargo ramp at Mather Airport. Picture a tailgate party, but with jets! Gates will open at 2 PM, and opening ceremonies will begin at 3:30 PM with jets in the air until about 7 PM. All the aircraft slated for Saturday & Sunday will be flying for you, plus a few more Friday-ONLY surprises!
This unique event is completely different than the Saturday and Sunday show is for airshow fans looking for something wild and loud! Tickets for Friday’s Drive-In Airshow & Tailgate Party will include a parking spot and an area directly next to your vehicle to “tailgate”.
- No grills or glass are allowed, but you are welcome to bring food and drinks, coolers, chairs and standard umbrellas (no beach umbrellas, canopies or pop-up tents, please)
- There will NOT be access to the ground display aircraft ramp on Friday, but you will have an excellent seat for a GREAT show.
- Drive-in tickets will be sold per car and include up to 6 people per vehicle.
- There will be NO food and drinks available for purchase onsite – plan to bring your own food and drink by visiting one of our many restaurant partners.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on airshow tickets. Rest assured, the airshow is a rain-or-shine event. You should know that all performers have high, low and flat shows that can safely accommodate for different types of weather. There are also going to be amazing display aircraft on the ground. Aircraft (especially military) are subject to operational requirements. Aircraft and performers are subject to change without notice. If anything changes, we’ll let you know. Thank you.
