Airshow Fundraising Opportunity
Help Park Cars at the Airshow & Earn Money!
Interested nonprofit groups can join the California Capital Airshow team in delivering the ultimate parking experience for our valued guests on March 22-23.
Individuals may be supervisors, cashiers, or greeters providing our guests a big smile and warm welcome while handling directional flags. All volunteer groups will be standing outdoors near or inside the airport gates. All volunteers will receive a tasty lunch and plenty of water. Plus get to watch part of a great show while serving the community and their organization!

DETAILS
Who: The Airshow needs nonprofit organizations to support traffic management efforts by guiding guests safely in/out of parking areas and for setup prior to the show. Teams should be 10-50 members or more, with a maximum need of 200 volunteers on Saturday & Sunday of the Airshow.
When: Airshow weekend March 22-23 plus training on Thursday, March 20th
Commitment: One or two Airshow days:
- Saturday, March 22 from 6am-5pm* (maximum timeframe)
- Sunday, March 23 from 6am-5pm* (maximum timeframe)
- Plus attend a training meeting on March 20th at 6pm, at least 1/3 of the group MUST plan to attend this training. (please let us know if a different date/time is needed for your group)
Where: MATHER AIRPORT located at Highway 50 and Mather Field Road
Compensation: Donations will be divided between the nonprofit organizations that participate based on the number of volunteers serving in each group on each day, we expect the payment to be approximately $50 per volunteer/full day*. We are hoping for just a few large groups, to receive a few large checks!
